Cyber Squads
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Early Prototype / Playtest Build
This is an early prototype of a fast-paced auto battler made in Godot.
The game is still very rough, with placeholder content, bugs, and unfinished systems, but I’m starting to get excited about what it could become. I’m putting it on itch.io first because this community has been a huge help in my coding journey, and I’d love to get feedback while the game is still early.
Right now, the game is mostly a skeleton. The multiplayer currently connects you with random players for quick battles, and the backend is already set up with server validation and other basic multiplayer systems.
I’m especially looking for feedback on:
- Whether the core idea feels fun or worth developing further
- How the mechanics could be improved
- What feels confusing, broken, or unnecessary
- Any ideas for progression, combat, balance, or future features
This is not a polished release yet. It’s more of a public test to see if the concept has potential.
Thanks for trying it out. Any thoughts, criticism, or ideas are appreciated.
